Our facility of over 250 m² includes a high-security vault, an outbound warehouse with over 500 kg capacity, and an inbound warehouse with over 1500 kg capacity. With our secured loading ramp and the former Postbank security counter just outside Hamburg and near the A7, we offer maximum logistical flexibility for our suppliers, inbound and outbound. The former Postbank branch was converted and developed under the strictest security standards to ensure the safe storage and handling of medical cannabis. With a monthly capacity of over 2 tons of medical cannabis, we are ideally equipped to meet the growing demand in the German market reliably.

Bruno - Business LeadAs an aerospace engineer, he's our expert for technology, numbers, and complex analysis. With over 15 years of experience in the aviation industry, he brings deep know-how in service design, product and process development, supply chain management, and data science. His international experience and expertise make him a key team member and point of contact for international cooperation. As Chief of Staff, he also manages the team and investor relations, ensuring transparent, strategic communication at eye level.
Klaas - Quality LeadKlaas Kankowski started his career as a chemical lab technician and studied foreign trade and international management—with a clear goal of entering the emerging medical cannabis market. He has worked in the cannabis industry for over seven years, with extensive national and international trade experience. As visionary CEO, he is responsible for the company's strategic direction and operational implementation of GDP requirements. As Head of Quality Management (LQM) and Head of Wholesale (GHB), he is the key contact for regulatory matters.
Max - Product LeadMaximilian Saemann has been part of Medizinalhanf GmbH since its founding and has continuously developed through dedication and expertise. With a degree in business administration and over seven years of experience in the cannabis industry, he now oversees the entire procurement department and all topics related to MedCanG. As the Chief of Narcotics, he ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements and serves as the main interface between authorities, partners, and internal departments. His deep market knowledge and strategic mindset make him a vital member of our leadership team.

Our interdisciplinary team from human medicine, pharmacy, biology, and chemistry ensures the medical quality of our products through close collaboration with manufacturers and continuous controls along the entire supply chain.
Based on applicable legal regulations, guidelines, and quality standards, we review all company processes and document them in standardized operating procedures (SOPs). Compliance with all GxP standards by our producers, partners, and ourselves is ensured at all times. The resulting reproducibility and verifiability of the active ingredient content (THC/CBD) is of the highest priority for us.
Our integrated Quality Management System (QMS) is continuously improved to reflect the dynamic advances in scientific research. We maintain strong partnerships with physicians, pharmacies, and suppliers—both in Germany and internationally—to incorporate current findings directly into our processes and products.
